Obituary of Carolyn Lee Craigo McAlister

Carolyn Craigo McAlister, 73, wife of Dan O. McAlister, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 2, 2017.
Mrs. McAlister was born in Greenville to the late Robert Warden Craigo and Ollie Leomia Durham Craigo. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and retired from Kemet Electronics.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Jeff McAlister, and Patrick McAlister and wife Ginger; two daughters and their husbands, Debbie and Ronnie Smith, and Mamie and Johnny Hall; three sisters, Sarah Burton, Bobbie Craigo, and Margaret McAlister; thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Danny McAlister; a daughter, Kathy McAlister; a granddaughter, Kristie Cumby; three brothers, Allen, Frank, and Robert Craigo; and a sister, Frances Gillespie.
Funeral services will be 2:30 pm Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Service, followed by burial in Cannon Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 till 2:30 pm.
