Obituary of Bobbie Sue King Cox

Bobbie Sue Cox, 84, of McKelvey Road, Fountain Inn, went to be with the Lord on October 3, 2017.

She was a daughter of the late John B. and Nettie Mae King of Simpsonville. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Bob Cox. She was a homemaker and charter member of Five Forks Baptist Church in Simpsonville. She was also predeceased by a sister, Myron King, of Simpsonville. Surviving are a sister, Brooksie King of Simpsonville; daughter, Linda Talbert (Ralph) of Lugoff; sons, Alan Cox (Joy) of Fountain Inn, and Jimmy Cox (Sharon) of Greenville, along with six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, October 5, at 3pm at Five Forks Baptist Church, 112 Batesville Road, Simpsonville, with Dr. Howard Foster officiating. The family will receive friends before the service from 2-3pm. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
