Donna Chism Polen, 52, wife of Don Polan, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, October 12, 2017.
Mrs. Polen was born in Helena, Arkansas to Robert Ray and Jonnie Moore Chism.
Surviving, in addition to her husband and parents are two sons, Walter Polen (Zoe Claydon) and Samuel Creamer (Tiffany); two daughters, Annastasia McVicker (Autray) and Alexandria James; three grandchildren, Emory Creamer, Jordan Collins and Parker McVicker; a brother, John Chism; two step-brothers, Ronnie Pryor and Donnie Pryor and a sister, Christine Craig.
Memorial Services will be 4pm Saturday at Fletcher Funeral Service.
