Obituary of John Steve Alexander

Steve Alexander, husband of Pam Hinton Alexander, died Tuesday, November 7, 2017.

Mr. Alexander was born in Greenville to the late Leland Stanley Alexander and Helen Margaret Webster Alexander. He retired from Wilson Sporting Goods and was a member of the Hickory Tavern Fire Department.  He enjoyed the mountains, beaches and fishing.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three sons, Russell Alexander (Vickie), Chad Alexander and Keith Alexander; three daughters, Summer Artis (Steven), Miranda Stevenson and Betty Coleman (Brandon); a sister, Bobbi Woods (Jim); and five grandchildren, Kendall Alexander, Mackenzie Coleman, Caleb Alexander, Ty Artis and Mason Coleman.

Visitation will be 5-7 pm Friday at Fletcher Funeral Service.

Funeral services will 11 am Saturday at the funeral home, followed by burial in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
