Robert “Bobby” Harper, 54, husband of Beth Alverson Harper, died, Wednesday, January 25, 2017. Mr. Harper was born in Stuebenville, OH to Ursula Gertrude Harper and the late Raymond Wesley Harper, Sr. Surviving, in addition to his wife and mother are a son, Robert Harper; a daughter, Adrianne Alverson; two grandchildren, J.T. and Rylee Knight-Alverson; a neice, Jessica Barger; three brothers and five sisters. Memorial services will be 4pm Sunday at Fletcher Funeral Service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
