Obituary of Megan Elizabeth Clardy

Megan Elizabeth Clardy, 29, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 26, 2022. Megan was born in Greenville, SC to George Kendrick “Ken” Clardy III and the late Frances Ann Cogdill Clardy. She was a member of Word of Life Ministries and former student of Word of Life Ministries Christian School. She had a love for animals and enjoyed the artistry of makeup. In her youth she enjoyed spending time with her family, bowling on a youth league, playing board games, game cube, and together with her sister Kristina, loved torturing her younger brother, Matt. Surviving, in addition to her parents, Ken and Michelle Clardy III; three children, Bentley Lanier, Michael “Mikey” Ford, Jr., and Teague Hanvey; brother, Matt Clardy; sister, Kristina Ritch and husband Michael; nephew, Liam Ritch; two step sisters, Cassie Bryson and Carrie Bryson. A Celebration of Megan’s Life will be 6 o’clock Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Service, officiated by Rev. John Smith.
