Obituary of Marty Gene Abercrombie

Marty Gene Abercrombie, 48, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 7, 2022. Mr. Abercrombie was born in Greenville to Sammy Gene Abercrombie and the late Carol Elise Shaver. Marty was raised on Lake Greenwood, where he loved relaxing and boating. He worked his entire life at A & W, Inc. He was a big rig enthusiast who loved outfitting his wreckers with as many lights as possible. Marty loved riding his motorcycle and was a collector of vintage and antique signage. Surviving is his father, Sammy Abercrombie with wife Billie Jo; two sons, Billy Trksak and Noah Abercrombie; a daughter, Tori Abercrombie with fiancé Brandon Greene; two brothers, Derrick Marler with wife Brittney, and Spencer Abercrombie with wife Brittany; a sister, Nichole McGee with husband Cody; and a grandson, Tray Trksak.
