To the Balcombe family, Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of Miz Louise. She was the sweetest lady and never spoke a harsh word towards anyone. My mom and dad always held her in the highest regard and were blessed to call her ‘friend’. The loss of your mom is one of the hardest times you will ever go through. But with the love of those around you, the prayers of those who care, and God’s grace, you will survive. Know that our community has suffered a great loss.
