Dear Brooks, Susan, and all of the Henderson and extended families,
Our deepest heartfelt condolences on the loss of Rosie who is my 2nd cousin. We just learned of the arrangements today and
are deeply sorry we did not make it to the service. However, please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers at this time of great loss and bereavement. We have very fond memories of Rosie and wish we had gone to visit her more often. (She was in my thoughts just last week in that regard) Rosie was always a sweet, loving, kind-hearted person and was a friend to all who knew her. Back in the day at Cross Roads with the GA's and RA's, uncle Arnold and Aunt Mary used to have some of the best church parties at their home for all of us young teens at the time. They, too, will always hold a special place in my heart as
Rosie will! It seems that as many of the older relatives passed on that our families grew somewhat apart, much more so than when we were younger. Everyone has been busy with life itself until so much time passes, then we are much older, and realize even more just how temporal and precious are our lives on this earth. There is no doubt in my mind that Rosie was a born-again Christian from a young age and that is THE most important thing. I firmly believe her spirit is now in the presence of Jesus and is praising Him even now as she and others await the return of Christ for His church! In Christian love, Randy & Susan Massengale
