Being an only child, I relied on my cousins to serve as my siblings. Parks was wonderful in making me feel included. He treated me just like he did his sister - not always being charming, but always with love. He was one of the reasons I did not feel lonely or isolated, but instead, a member of a loving family. I grieve over his loss, and send love to all the family and friends whose lives he blessed.
