Arthur Herbert Suttle, 75, husband of Judith “Judy” King Suttle for 56 years, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 20, 2024.

Mr. Suttle was born in Gray Court to the late Adger Preston Suttle, Sr. and Emily Mamie Prather Suttle. He retired from Cryovac and was an enthusiastic volunteer for Simpsonville City events. Arthur was a member of Conestee Assembly of God. He was a family man and loved bringing joy to others. He enjoyed trips to the mountains and fishing.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Doug Suttle; and a brother, Preston Suttle, Jr. He was predeceased by six brothers, John Robert Suttle, Barry “Shorty” Suttle, Jack Suttle, T.D. Suttle, Lawrence Suttle and Billy Suttle; and three sisters, Margaret Bragg, Mae Tollison and Carlene Ellison.

A Celebration of Arthur’s Life will be at 12 noon Saturday at the Conestee Assembly of God. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Conestee Community Cemetery.
