Obituary of Tina Woods

Please share a memory of Tina to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Tina Marie “Weeble” Woods, 62, wife of William Gregory Woods, joined her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.  Born in Bermuda, she was a daughter of James F. Adams and the late Martha Sue Mitchell Evans and her late husband Albert C.  Evans.

Weeble was never idle.  She was an artist and enjoyed all types of crafts. She had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening and raising house plants.  Weeble was an excellent seamstress and would work with yarn, both crocheting and knitting.  She also enjoyed spending time in the kitchen both cooking meals and baking.  Weeble fought bravely against cancer, gaining her strength from her daily Bible study.  She was a shining example to her family and friends of how strong faith can sustain you.

In addition to her husband, Greg, she is survived by two sons, Jason Rodgers (Melissa) and Dylan Rodgers (Kasey); five grandchildren, Halie, Lacie, Christian, Rylie, and Aly; her “chosen son”, Will Marquis; a brother, Todd Evans; and a sister Kathy Hudson (Carey).

A visitation will be held at Fletcher Funeral Service on Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 4 – 6 pm.  The funeral service will be at Beulah Baptist Church on Sunday, February 23, 2025 beginning at 3 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Laurens County Cancer Association, 1337 Medical Ridge Rd, Clinton, SC  29325.
