Vicki Diane Reid, 76, wife of David Wayne Reid, Sr., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 20, 2025.

Mrs. Reid was born in Greenville to the late Johnny Wilton Land and Mary Iola Mostella Potter.  She retired from Cryovac.  Vicki enjoyed time at the beach and shag dancing with Wayne.  She was a collector of dolls and loved traveling.  Vicki’s greatest joy was being “Nana” to her grandchildren.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Geoffery Reid with wife Tammy and Nicholas Reid with wife Jenny; two brothers, James Ledford with wife Della and Erik Ledford with wife Michelle; two sisters, Catherine Gray and Lisa Hayes with husband Travis; eight grandchildren, Tyler Reid, Chandler Reid, Ashton Reid, Justin Reid, Jackson Reid, John-David Reid, Kylie Reid and Amelia Reid; a daughter-in-law, Sue Reid; a special niece, Lisa Ortiz with husband Rick; and her step-father, Philip Potter.  She was predeceased by three sons, David W. Reid, Jr., Christopher Reid, and Corey Reid; a daughter, Amanda Marie Reid; her twin brother, Mike Land; and a sister, Susan Ledford.

A celebration of Vicki’s life will begin at 2 o’clock Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Service.  The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.  Entombment will follow in the Cannon Memorial Park mausoleum.
