Prudence Lillian Lane, 90, widow of Terrence Edward “Terry” Lane, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.

Mrs. Lane was born in Medford, MA to the late Raymond Allen Sheilds and Prudence Isabella Shields. She was a Providence College alumnus. Lillian enjoyed cruising and camping. She was blessed to visit every state across America.

Surviving are three sons, Steve Lane (Lisa), Jim Lane, and David Lane; two daughters, Janice Woodard (Andy) and Alison Eastland (Nick); a brother, Ray Shields; and a sister, June Higgins; four grandchildren, Kristina Rhea (Braydon), Tim Lane, Mary Moyer, and Elizabeth Moyer; and one great-grandchild, Kaesen. She was predeceased by a grandson, Jon Lane.

The family will receive friends from 11:30-12:30pm Tuesday at Fletcher Funeral Service in Fountain Inn. Entombment will be at Graceland East Memorial Park.
