Kristopher Lee Lida, 45, husband of Vera Valerivna Gil Lida, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.  Born in Laurens, he was a son of Janie Sue Williams Lida and the late Doyle Junior Lida.  Kris was a loving husband.  He enjoyed helping others and did so with humility.

In addition to his wife and mother, Kris is survived by two daughters, Destiny and Kayla Lida; a brother, Mike Williams; and four sisters, Kathy Tollison, Brandy Wright, Jennifer Wright, and Heather Wright.  In addition to his father, Kris was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Williams; and a sister, Carol Singer.
