Lois Nipper Obituary

Elois Mae Grammer Nipper, 88, widow of Willis Eugene Nipper, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 22, 2025.


 


Mrs. Nipper was born in Pomona, IL to the late Nelson Grammer and Ethel Marie Etherton Grammer.  She retired from Central Hardware and was a member of Dutch Ridge Missionary Baptist Church.  Lois enjoyed visiting state parks, going to country music shows and concerts, watching western movies, and jig-saw puzzles.


 


Surviving are a brother-in-law, John W. Julian; a niece, Debra Nelson with husband Scott; and a nephew, John M. Julian with wife Firuza.  She was predeceased by two sisters, Alice Julian and Rose Clark.


 


A graveside service will be begin at 1 o’clock Thursday, May 29th at Dutch Ridge Missionary Baptist Church (210 Dutch Ridge Road, Carbondale, IL 62903.)
