Daniel Joseph Coffey, 86, husband of Mary Jean Magnus Coffey, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 9, 2025.  Born in Appleton, WI, he was a son of the late Joseph Dennis Coffey and Mary Ethel McCann Coffey.

Dan loved to read and was considered a news junkie by the family.  He enjoyed shooting clays at the gun club and became a self-taught woodworker after he retired.  Dan and Mary were married for nearly 65 years and proud of their family.  “Grandpa” was the best version of himself when he was with the grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Dan is survived by two sons, David Coffey and wife Alicia and Matthew Coffey and wife Kacey; five grandchildren, Bruce (Mary), Ethan (Moriah), Caroline, Jonathan, and Hannah; and a sister, Rose Casey.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Vernon Coffey and Joe Coffey.

Service will be private for the family.
