Rebecca Dianne Jarrett, 81, widow of Bobby Joe Jarrett, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Novemeber 18, 2025.

Mrs. Jarrett was the daughter of the late Earl Eugene Bullington, Sr. and Myrtle Mae Cummings Bullington. Rebecca enjoyed watching day time soap operas, riding through the Blue Ridge Parkway and visiting the local mountain towns.

Surviving are a son, Anthony “Tony” Pettit (Lauri); a step-daughter, Sherry Cudd; a sister, Janice Bullington; two sisters-in-law, Pat Bullington and Veronica Taylor; three grandchildren, Shelby Yates, Savanna Hall (Richard) and Billy Joe Hawkins; three great-grandchildren, Daniel Hall, Michael Hall and Kaitlyn Hall. She was predeceased by three brothers, Earl Bullington, Jr., Lester Bullington, and Ray Bullington; and two sisters, Shirley Razor and Gail Bullington.

The family will receive friends Friday from 2-3pm at Fletcher Funeral Service, Woodruff. Graveside services will follow in Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery.
