Claudia Ann Smith Sastre, 60, wife of James Wade Sastre for 34 years, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 22, 2025.

Mrs. Sastre was born in Greenville, SC.  She worked in the insurance profession for many years and ended her career with Allstate Insurance.  Claudia enjoyed cooking, camping, jet-skiing, shopping and trips to the beach.  She loved animals and cherished her pets.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son, Brantley Sastre; a daughter, Jessican Hughes; and her beloved dogs, Luna and Leo.

A celebration of Claudia’s life will begin at 4 o’clock Monday at Fletcher Funeral Service.  The family will receive friends following the service.
