Glenn Wayne Dwight Martin, 81, husband of Annette Mahaffey Martin, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026.  Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Wayne R. Martin and Hazel Frances Cooley Abel.

Glenn retired as a department manager at Michelin.  He enjoyed photography, playing guitar, and woodworking.  Glenn and Annette were married in 2007.  They were high school sweethearts, but postponed getting married to concentrate on being caregivers to members of their families.

Glenn is survived by his nephew, Chad Adams (Kelly Lowe); great nephews, Everette and Aedan Adams; and his sister-in-law Frances Calvert.  He was preceded in death by his sister-in-law Judy Adams.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Simpsonville City Cemetery beginning at 2:00 pm.  The family will visit with friends following the service.
