Otis Rollins, 83, of Pelzer, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018. Born in Pickens, SC on March 5, 1935, he was the son of the late Ed Rollins and Annie McMahon. Otis enjoyed working with his hands and spent his free time working with wood and leather as well as drawing and painting.

He is survived by his sons, Otis Rollins, Jr. (Dorothy), and James Rollins (Michele); and daughter, Mary Ann Troy (Frank); as well as six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Judy Robinson Rollins; his loving companion, Sandra Smith; two brothers and three sisters.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
