Obituary of Louise Mahaffey Shelton

Louise Mahaffey Shelton, 88, of Greenwood, passed away on Friday December 14, 2018. Born in Greenville County on June 11, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Furman and Madgie Mahaffey and the wife of the late Calvin L. Shelton. Louise was a member of Hurricane Baptist Church in Clinton for over 25 years. She enjoyed listening to Hallmark movies and religious music.

Louise is survived by her son, Randy Shelton; daughter, Rebecca Shelton; a brother, Bobby Mahaffey; sister, Patricia Hartsell; nieces, Nancy Harper and Jean Ramey; as well as numerous nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her brothers, William Mahaffey, Paul Mahaffey, Charles Mahaffey, Fred Mahaffey, and James Mahaffey; and a sister, Mildred Snow.

Graveside Services will be held at 11AM on Monday, December 17^th at Cannon Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
