Marilyn Sue Mahaffey Phippen, 70, of Fountain Inn, SC passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Born in Greenville County on April 13, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Charles Furman and Jimmie Lavaree Mahaffey. Marilyn was a woman of tradition and family. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and always had a deep love for animals. She was a lifelong learner who liked to crotchet and play computer games.
Marilyn is survived by her sons, Robert Anthony Rambo and Nicholas Anthony Phippen; daughters, Jimmie Denise Phippen and Sharyn Marie Dyer (Matt); and grandchildren, Marilyn Dyer, JC Dyer, Nicholas Phippen, Jr., and Melody Phippen.
