Obituary of Brownie Warren Skelton

Brownie W. Skelton, 87, husband of Christine Simpson Skelton for 66 years, went to be with the Lord, Monday, January 14, 2019.

Mr. Skelton was born in Hart County, Ga to the late Archie Isom Skelton and Annie Bowen Skelton.  He loved to fish and was an avid Clemson fan.

Surviving, in addition to his wife are a son, Nelson Skelton (Shelby); three daughters, Elaine Skelton, Janet Skelton Rogers and Barbara Skelton; a sister, Evelyn Clardy; four grandchildren, Jessica Skelton, Laura Jahnes (Nate), Matthew Skelton and Marie Rogers and eight great-grandchildren.  He was predeceased by three brothers and four sisters.

Memorial Services will be 4pm Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Service.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
