Mildred Elizabeth Woods Owens, 76, widow of Robert Lewis “Buddy” Owens, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 5, 2019.
Mrs. Owens was born in Fountain Inn to the late Robert Booth Woods and Margaret Beaman Woods Carlton. Mildred loved her grandchildren and cats.
Surviving are two daughters, Diana Miller and Sheila Owens (Johnny Lukaszczyk); a sister, Judy Woods; six grandchildren, Jade Lukaszczyk, Trisha Abuzahri, Melissa Miller, Christopher Miller, R.J. Owens Jr. and Ryan Owens; and eleven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Ricky Owens Sr.; and a brother, Doug Woods.
