Paula’s golden heart was immediately revealed when we first met by random chance. We happened to be wondering around the narrow streets of Florence Italy and somehow chose the same quiet Trattoria for dinner. She greeted me with an approachable smile while walking out of the women’s restroom, despite my stupidly mistaken attempt to enter, followed by warm corrective words coupled with genuine eye-to-eye contact. Paula offered sincere gratitude without realizing it would be cherished over a lifetime, yep, impromptu within a bathroom doorway! This only arises from a wholesome soul, Paula’s soul.
