Obituary of Vickie Moore Dorn

Vickie Moore Dorn, 67, widow of George Elbert Dorn, went to be with the Lord, Friday, June 21, 2019.

Mrs. Dorn was born in Greenwood to the late Silas Tandy Moore, Jr. and Betty Blackwell Moore.  She was a member of First Damascus Baptist Church.  She loved helping out at church.

Surviving, are two daughters, Charlene Bowie and Michelle Gordy (Greg); a brother, John Steward (Rose); two sisters, Sue Reynolds (Warren) and Jenny Rushton (Pete) and numerous nieces and nephew.

Funeral Services will be 3pm Sunday at Mountain Creek Baptist Church, 108 Mountain Creek Road, Troy, SC 29848.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service starting at 2pm.
