Obituary of Warren Ouztes

Warren Jackson “Jack” Ouztes, 76, husband of Wilma Jean Tucker Ouztes for 56 years, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 19, 2019.

Mr. Ouztes was born in Greenville to the late Carl Jackson Ouztes and Nettie Smith Ouztes.  He retired from Cryovac and was a member of Lickville Presbyterian Church.  Jack was a lifelong farmer and cattleman.  He raised Charlais cattle during the last several years.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two sons and their wives, Dale and Anne Ouztes, and Tommy and Maggie Ouztes; an endeared niece and her family, Judy, Arthur, and Doug Suttle; two nieces, Lisa Ouztes and Debra Locke; and two nephews, Brian Ouztes and Tim Locke.  He was predeceased a brother, Mickey Ouztes; and a sister, Brenda Medlin.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Friday at Lickville Presbyterian Church, officiated by Pastor David Graddy.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  The family will receive guests in the church social hall immediately following the service.
