Sandra Jeanette Smith Bennett, 70, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 29, 2019.

 

Ms. Bennett was born in Asheville, NC to the late W.D. Smith and Dorothy Bailey Harrison Smith.  She retired as an office manager and was a member of Capstone Church.  Sandra enjoyed shopping, helping others, and participating in activities at the Fountain Inn Senior Center.  She loved azaleas and African violet flowers.

 

Surviving are a son, Paul Gibbs; a daughter, Maria Henderson and husband Jason; a sister, Jeanna Mason and husband Larry; and two granddaughters, Drew Brannon and Payton Hart.

 

A Celebration of Sandra’s Life will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Fletcher Funeral Service.

 

To honor Sandra, please do not wear black clothing, dress for the Christmas season.

 

Memorials may be made to the Haiti Gospel Fund, P.O. Box 1315, Fountain Inn, SC 29644.
