Obituary of Paul Ellis Adams Jr.

Paul Ellis Adams Jr., 64, husband of the late Darlene Chapman Adams, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 23, 2020.
Mr. Adams was born in Greer to Betty Jean Godfrey Adams and the late Paul Ellis Adams Sr.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a daughter, Kelly Adams; a sister, Shelia Chandler and husband Roger; and two grandchildren, Taylor Stockton and husband Cameron, and Dale Black; and one great-grandchild.
Memorial services will be 7 o’clock Thursday at New Life Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Ronnie Powell. The family will receive friends prior to the memorial service from 6-7 p.m.
Memorials may be made to New Life Baptist Church Building Fund, 2691 W. Blue Ridge Drive, Greenville, SC 29611; or to Shriner’s Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
