Obituary of William Randolph Fowler

William Randolph "Randy" Fowler, 75, went home to be with the Lord Sunday February 26, 2017. Randy was born in Simpsonville, SC on September 29, 1941. He was the eldest son of the late Wilton "Bill" and Inez Babb Fowler. Randy was retired from Kemet Electronics, a veteran of the United States Air Force and a member of Clear Spring Baptist Church.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 51 years Diane Landers Fowler, a daughter Stefanie Fowler Patton and a son Aron (Jennifer) Fowler, six grandchildren and three brothers, Rodger (Linda), Raymond (Susan), and Lewis (Meredith) Fowler and his beloved dog Deedee.
Visitation will be held at Clear Spring Baptist Church at 1:00PM on Wednesday, March 1 with the service to follow at 2:00pm. The service will be officiated by the Rev. David Shiflet and Rev. Brett Aiken.
Burial with military honors will be in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clear Spring Cemetery Fund c/o Clear Spring Baptist Church, 301 Bethany Road, Simpsonville, SC 29681 or Open Arms Hospice, 1836 West Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680.
