Obituary of Hailey Masters

Hailey Daneen Masters, 26, daughter of Michael Shane Masters and Shannon Daneen Masters, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 16th, 2023. Hailey was born in Greenville. She worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at IPS Packaging. Hailey was pursuing an associate in marketing at Greenville Technical College. Hailey will be remembered as an upbeat, positive, loving, kind, stubborn, sentimental blessing to all who knew her. Hailey will be remembered as experiencing life to the fullest through kindness, love, and laughter to everyone she met. Her smile and laugh were infectious and beyond compassion. She is such a beautiful, sweet soul and cared for others beyond her own needs. Her love for photography, nature, antiques, rodeos, and barrel-racing will never be forgotten. Her favorite flower, a sunflower, which is bright as the sun will always be a symbol of Hailey. She was the light to everyone and always brought happiness to those around her. She was known as Daddy’s Girl at heart, and deeply expressed her love for everyone around her. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are three brothers, Austin Masters, Tanner Masters, and Waylon Masters; paternal grandparents, Mike and Diane Masters; maternal grandfather Dale Galinski with wife Rene; maternal grandmother, Carolyn Glass; two uncles, Ryan Galinski with wife Melody and Chad Masters; an aunt, Sarah Ballew with husband Chris; and many cousins; a beloved friend-like-sister, Haley Cook; her beloved German Shepard, Xena; along with her beloved cats Winnie and Moose. A Celebration of Hailey’s Life will be 5 o’clock, Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Service. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Afterwards a Celebration will be conducted at the Masters house on 412 Wilson Bridge Rd, Simpsonville for family and friends to share memories and photos.
