Obituary of Mary Lester

 Mary Joann Webster Lester, 74, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 5, 2023.

Mrs. Lester was born in Kalamazoo, MI to the late Bankston Lee Webster and Dorothy Louise Greene Webster.  She was a graduate of Piedmont Technical College and retired from Cryovac.  Mary’s main hobby was sewing.

Surviving are a son, Carl Davis (Carrie); a daughter, Tammy Mears (Alvin); two brothers, John Webster (Linnie) and Mike Webster (Wanda); a sister, Becky Webster; five grandchildren, Josh Davis, Kimberly Willford, Cameron Reid (Kelly), Micheala Davis, and Donovan Perry; three great-grandchildren, Hunter Vinson, Chloe Willford and Kori Jo Reid.  She was predeceased by a son, Billy Davis; and a sister, Peggy Jones.

The family will receive friends 4-6pm Sunday at Fletcher Funeral Service.
