Obituary of Steve Crawford

Stephen Andrew Crawford, 74, of Laurens, South Carolina, passed away on December 20^th, 2023, at Greenville Post Acute Rehabilitation Center. Stephen, known by many as Steve, was born in Brownstown, Illinois, on June 19th, 1948. Steve married his love, Donna, on January 30^th, 1971. They had two daughters, Stacey and Kristin. 

Steve held various jobs throughout the years, including working at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. He was an owner-operator long-haul trucker for many years; although he was gone a lot, he did enjoy seeing the country, with a few trips to Canada as well. During his time off, he liked to spend time at home in his garage and doing various things in the yard. Steve lovedclassic cars, browsing flea markets, and spending time with his grandkids. He was a collector of knives, eagles, and Coca-Cola products. He and his wife loved visiting and living briefly in Florida. 

He was predeceased in death by his mother, Mary, and stepfather, Bill; his grandmother, Thelma, and her husband, Oscar, who raised him; his Aunt Betty, Uncle Paul, his wife Michelle, and their son Jeff. He is survived by his wife, Donna (of almost 52 years); his oldest daughter, Stacey Hoff, and her husband, Brian, and their three children, Shayla, Josh, and Alex; his youngest daughter, Kristin Karraker and her three children, Austin, Andrew, and Alexis, and his brother Charles and sister Pam.
