I lost touch with Jack a few years ago, but he never left my heart. His warmth and sympathetic understanding helped me deal with a difficult interpersonal relationship that was troubling me at the time. My love goes to Jack and Annette, now and always. Marsha Schweitzer

To say Jack will be missed is an understatement. Playing music with Jack in our band A Bunch of Coconuts, has left me with some of the best memories of my life. His battle with cancer showed him to be a brave and courageous person. I am saddened by his death.
