Obituary of Lori Nordstrom Hall

Lori Jean Nordstrom Hall, 48, wife of James Lee Hall, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 2, 2021.
Born in Mobile, AL, Lori was the daughter of the late Richard Bruce Nordstrom, Sr. and Shirley George Nordstrom. She was a University of South Carolina Upstate alumna and a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. Lori was currently a special education teacher at Rudolph Gordon Elementary School. She previously taught at Sue Cleveland Elementary School, Plain Elementary School, Berea Middle School and Hickory Tavern Elementary School. She was in her 26th year of teaching and cherished her Rudolph Gordon family. When Lori wasn’t teaching, she enjoyed traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
Lori is survived by her husband, James Hall; her brother, Richard “Richie” Nordstrom, Jr. and wife Marybeth; her aunt, Carla Nordstrom; her uncle, Andy George; many cousins and her beloved fur-baby, Dobby.
Visitation for family and friends will be 5-7pm Tuesday at Fletcher Funeral Service. A Celebration of Life will be 3 o’clock Wednesday at Cross Roads Baptist Church. Burial will be 11am Friday in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
