Obituary of Wayne Homer Babb

Wayne Homer Babb, 68, husband of Rita Wham Babb, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, September 25, 2021.
Mr. Babb was born in Laurens to the late Homer Johnson Babb and Mildred Abercrombie Babb. Wayne was a hardworking tractor mechanic who was dedicated in helping the farmers in Laurens County and its surrounding counties.
Surviving, in addition to his wife are his children, Blake Babb and wife Stephanie, Brooke Sessions and husband Philip, Whitney Horton and husband Josh and David and Jamie Babb of Union; two grandchildren, Jacob and Harrison Babb and a soon to be grandchild, Nora Sessions.
The family will receive friends 5-7pm Monday at Fletcher Funeral Service.
A Graveside Service will be 11am Tuesday at Rabun Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Tommy Brashier and Rev. Wesley Brashier.
