John Kay “Johnny” Kellett, husband of Linda Faye Edwards Kellett for 50 years, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
Mr. Kellett was born in Greenville to the late Louis Albert Kellett and Mildred Virginia McCall Kellett. Johnny was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved trips to the beach. His main mission in life was taking care of his family and being “PaPa” to his grandbabies.
He retired from Fehrer Automotive in 2020 after 25 years of service.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three sons; John Kellett Jr. and wife Sheila, Shane Kellett, and Josh Kellett and wife Danielle; and six grandchildren, Nathan Kellett, Kayla Kellett, MaKayla Kellett, Cameron Kellett, Lucas Kellett, and Savannah Kellett. Two brothers and their wives, Buddy and Harriet Kellett, and Dan and Jill Kellett; a sister, Pam Pennington and husband Tim Pennington.
No services are planned as per his wishes.
