Meghan was a caring and giving person, always putting others first. She was quick-witted and had a great sense of humor. She was also brave; she fought the good fight. As a Christian, she is now healed and with her Heavenly Father. Surviving, are her mother, Cheryl Bearden Hawkins; father, James Meade Hawkins and wife Marye Beth; a brother, Dan Hawkins and wife Laura; a sister, Kara Hawkins and partner Maleah Kelly; paternal grandmother, Ann Meade Hawkins; a stepsister, Colleen Cosey; nephews, Huck Hawkins and Theo Hawkins; an aunt, Jege Goddard; an uncle, Mark Bearden; a cousin, Sam Dye; and fur baby, Roo. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Doyle and Marilyn Rose Bearden; and paternal grandfather, James Anderson Hawkins. Both grandfathers were WWII veterans and Meg loved them dearly.
