Obituary of Mark William Hurlburt

Mark William Hurlburt, 56, husband of Victoria “Viki” Fetter Hurlburt for 14 years, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 7, 2022.
Mark was born in Pueblo, CO to the late Howard William Hurlburt and Sandra Ryerson Hurlburt. He was a member of Faith Renewed Church. He was currently employed at AVL Solutions. Mark was a mentor to many young individuals in the Production Arts. He was involved with production for Millie Lewis, The Peace Center, Carolina Ballet and Marshall Tucker Band. Mark also worked and volunteered with lighting, music and setup for churches. He was a fan of the Denver Broncos’, the USC Gamecocks and NASCAR.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three sons, Joel Hurlburt, Josiah Childers with wife Jenny and Jonah Childers; daughter, Abby Childers-Velazquez with husband Charvel; two sisters, Cynthia Krzywicki and Nicole Cobb; a stepmother, Sharyn Hurlburt; and six grandchildren.
A Celebration of Mark’s Life will be 4 o’clock Thursday at Faith Renewed Church officiated by Rev. Terry Rogers. Family will receive friends immediately following the service.
