Obituary of Sue Stewart

Emma Susan “Sue” Wynn Stewart, 91, widow of Harold Stewart, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. Mrs. Stewart was born in Jonesville, VA to the late William Patton “Willie” Wynn and Josephine Miles Wynn. She retired from Arrow Automotive. She was a member of Converse Baptist Church and Yesterdays Teens. She enjoyed gardening and being a grandma to her grandchildren. She was a hard worker and a detailed cleaner by nature. Surviving are three sons, Wayne Stewart, Dale Stewart, and Ricky Stewart, Sr.; a daughter, Thelma Henderson and husband Wayne; a sister, Dorothy Moorelock; nine grandchildren, Christy Thompson and husband Jamey, Pat Henderson and wife Heather, Roy Stewart, Ricky Stewart, Jr., Jamie Byrd and husband Mike, Nick Stewart, Stephanie Stewart, Mandy Stewart-Fuller, and Brian Stewart; ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Carlita Lee Stewart; three brothers, Patton Wynn, Leslie Wynn, and Roy Wynn; and a great grandson, Jacob Ryan Henderson. A Celebration of her life will be 3 o’clock Thursday February 17, 2022 in the Chapel of Spartanburg First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
