Obituary of Robert William Kendrick

Robert William “Bob” Kendrick, 63, husband of Lynn Beckham Kendrick for 41 years, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 12, 2022. Mr. Kendrick was born in Macon, GA to the late Robert Marshall Kendrick and Hazel Greene Kendrick. He retired from Wells Fargo and was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church. Bob was a member of the Walden Masonic Lodge # 274 and the HEJAZ Shriner’s Club. He was a huge USC Gamecocks fan. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Josh Kendrick and fiancé Savannah Roberts; a daughter, Katelyn “Kat” Kendrick; a brother, Steve Kendrick and wife Shay; and his in-laws, Buck and Dottie Beckham and their dog Darby. He was predeceased by a sister, Debbie Billings. A Celebration of Bob’s Life will be 4 o’clock Saturday at Hopewell United Methodist Church. Burial, with Masonic Rites, will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, 950 W.
