Obituary of Joseph Edward Madden

Joseph Edward “Joe” Madden, 78, husband of Lois Boland Madden for 55 years, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
Mr. Madden was born in Laurens to the late Joseph Madden and Nancy Benjamin Trammell. He refurbished cane chairs and enjoyed gardening and yard work.
Surviving, in addition to his wife are a son, Joe Madden, Jr. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his stepfather, Ansel Trammell.
Funeral Services will be 11am Friday in the chapel of Fletcher Funeral Service. Burial, with Military Honors, will follow at Cannon Byrd Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
