Obituary of Shannon Baine

Kimberly Shannon James Baine, 51, wife of Justin Matthew Baine for 20 years, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 18, 2022. Mrs. Baine was born in Spartanburg to Berry Edward “Buster” James with wife Sheila James, and the late Nancy Katherine Roberts. She formerly worked as a loan processor with Colonial Bank. Shannon was an alumnus of the University of Central Florida and was a lifelong learner. She was a licensed real estate agent and enjoyed cooking, art and photography. She loved animals, particularly her dog Sassy and her cat Fat Boy. Surviving, in addition to her husband and father, are three sons, Matthew Baine, Jacob Baine, and Nick Baine; two brothers and their wives, Shane and Kim Sellars, and Rev. David and Stacie Sellars; and a sister, Chandra Edmonds. Graveside services will be 2 o’clock Thursday at Philadelphian Baptist Church Cemetery, officiated by Rev. David Sellars.
