Obituary of Frances Louise Lee

Frances Louise Lee, 90, widow of Herman Lee, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 19, 2022. Mrs. Lee was born in Greenville, SC. to the late John Waters Huff and Lavinia Mae Norris Huff. In her youth, she served in the Women’s Army Corps. She served several years as a financial secretary in various churches, and taught Sunday school for many years. Frances was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Orlando. She was an award-winning painter, oils and acrylic originally, then found a passion in watercolor. Frances loved her family profoundly, was an inspiration to many, was full of compassion and generosity, shared joy and laughter with everyone, and above all, was a Christ follower! Surviving, are a son, Dr. Jim Millirons, Jr. with wife, Elizabeth; a daughter, Janice Millirons Hayman with husband, Mike; a sister, Helen Howell with husband, Clark; sister-in-law, Ruth Huff; seven grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews and their families. She was predeceased by two brothers, John Huff, and Norris Huff; and a sister, Lavinia Huff. The family will receive friends 10-11am Friday at Greenville Memorial Gardens. A Going Home Celebration will be held in the mausoleum chapel of Greenville Memorial Gardens 11 o’clock Friday at Greenville Memorial Gardens, officiated by her son, Dr. Jim Millirons, Jr.
