Cordelia Tinsley White, 94, widow of Dorace McDuffie White, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 10, 2022.
Mrs. White was born in Greenville to the late James Broadus Tinsley and Pearline Smith Tinsley. She enjoyed cooking and baking. As a craft and a small business, she designed and sold purses in Cherokee. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and being Mawma” to her grandchildren.
Surviving are two sons, Stephen “Steve” White with wife Tina and Robert “Terry” White with wife Sheila; six grandchildren, Chrissy Davis, Stephen White, Terrance White, David White, Megan White and Jessica Owens; eighteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Inurnment service at Cannon Byrd Memorial Park will be private.
