Obituary of Lisa Chappell

Lisa Renae Alverson Chappell, 59, wife of Richard Earl Chappell for 41 years, went to be with the Lord, Friday, April 7, 2023. Mrs. Chappell was born in Greenville to Gene Alverson and Linda Marsh Alverson. She enjoyed trips to Ocean Lakes, camping at Lake Greenwood, arts and crafts and collecting Doilies. Lisa’s greatest enjoyment was being a “Granna”. Surviving, in addition to her husband and parents are four sons, Tyler Chappell, Jordan Chappell (Danielle), Dallas Chappell (Erica) and Kendall Chappell (Kaitlyn); a daughter, Jeanna Chappell; a sister, Tammy Mondor (EJ); seven grandchildren, Landon, Trent, Aubree, Laityn, Levi, Roper and Rankin; two nieces, Courtney Wood (Luke) and Carsen Long; a great nephew, CJ and her beloved Beagle, Tucker. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Monday at Bethany Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be 2pm Tuesday at Bethany Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
