I was saddened find this news today. I have tried for years to find Bobby over the years, but was unsuccessful. Bobby was a wonderful person and friend. He was one of those special people who made you feel better about yourself. He was selfless and kind.. I’m sorry I never reconnected with him. The pictures of the two of us brought sadness but great joy of the times we spent together. RIP Bobby.

Bob and I roomed together at Kings college my senior year of college his junior year. We spent many hours talking late in the night in college and had many adventures together in Wellfleet on Cape Cod, Stony Brook on Long Island and up iat his home in Danbury.Connecticut. I can’t remember a single time together that we were laughing about something. He was that rare friend that you can go a couple of years without talking to, but when you talk again, you pick up as if no time has past. I loved him like a brother and miss him everyday. I’m so glad he got the chance to be a husband and father - both roles that he cherished deeply. Rest In Peace my friend.

Bob was a special person. Always kind. Never judgmental. We had many good times together during our time at the Stony Brook School summer camp in the 80's. He was a true friend. I loved him.

At Southside Christian School in Simpsonville, South Carolina, we have loved Bob's daughter, McKenzie. We grieve with her. Bob was always very kind and upbeat around me. His sudden death is tragic for the family.

I grew up with a group of cousins who were quite a few years older than me. I remember Bob as always having a smile and welcoming attitude. I remember thinking he was rather "cool" with his record collection and talk of soccer. He certainly grew into being a wonderful husband and Dad. My condolences to all who will miss him dearly. We enjoyed talking with each other and had allot in common. I will have a void with the absence of my friend and the times we joked around about the life's journey he and I both took. Bob, Your smile and your laugh will be remembered through my life and I am sure you have imprinted your happiness to others.. Great Men are not born..
