Obituary of Kelly Hughes

Kelly Marie Nazario Hughes, 54, wife of Wade Robert Hughes, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 15, 2023.

Mrs. Hughes was born in South Amboi, NJ to Sharon Miller Nazario and the late Rick Nazario.  Kelly enjoyed arts & crafts, including resin casting and scrapbooking.  She and Wade loved traveling and were cruise enthusiasts.  Kelly was a jokester by nature and loved playing a prank on family and friends.  She loved Sponge Bob and was a collector of shot glasses.  Kelly was a positive spirit that just effortlessly lifted everyone up when she was in the room.

Surviving, in addition to her husband and mother, are a son, Garick Hice with wife Lenora, and Michael Hughes; two daughters, Anna Marie Nazario with fiancé Dustin Hunter, and Shannon Lynn Nazario with fiancé Benjamin Shook; a brother, Ricky Nazario with companion Gina Shea Gantt; and seven grandchildren, Ethan, Parker, Alayna Rose, Hunter, Patrick, Sawyer, and Cooper.

A Celebration of Kelly’s Life will be 5 o’clock Monday at Fletcher Funeral Service.
