Obituary of Pat Booker

Patricia Dianne “Pat” Cooper Booker, 65, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 17, 2023.

Ms. Booker was born in Greenville to the late Vernon Reid Cooper and Elizabeth Anne McDonald Cooper.  She retired from Plain Elementary School and was also a licensed cosmetologist.  Pat enjoyed cooking and trips to the beaches and mountains.  Her greatest pleasure was being Grammy to her beloved grandchildren.

Surviving are two daughters, Ashley Booker and Christy Huey with husband Alex; a sister, Beth Black with husband Eddie; and four grandchildren, Jaley Johnson, Reid Johnson, Sarah Huey and Asher Huey.

A Celebration of Pat’s Life will be 4 o’clock Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Service.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
